This furnished apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The apartment features three bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, one with queen bed and 2 single beds. Master bedroom and bedroom 3 have an en-suite bathroom. There is a bathtub in bathroom of master bedroom. 

The living room equipped with a flat-screen TV, and a huge sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals.

The apartment also has a private balcony overlooking to Nai Harn lake while enjoying a cup of coffee or drinks.

Our apartment is located only a short walk to Nai Harn Beach and close proximity to  restaurants, bars, and shops.

House Rules

  1. No pets allowed
  2. No parties or events
  3. 4 guests maximum
  4. Quiet hours: 08:00PM - 08:00AM
  5. No commercial photography
  6. No smoking
  7. Check-in after 03:00PM
  8. Check-out before 12:00PM

Additional Rules

  1. Rental price includes: maid cleaning and linen change 1 time/week (minimum 7 nights stay).
  2. Rental price excludes: electricity (6 THB/kw). The extra charge will be calculated by meter and it will be collected by cash upon departure date.
  3. People other than those in the guest party previously listed may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in or on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
  4. Towels and Linens should be left in the house. Bring beach towels if you will need towels off the premises.
  5. There is no European Standard System of Canalization in Thailand. Do not throw paper or sanitary napkins in the toilet.
  6. Avoid disruptive behavior, including excessive noise and illegal activity. Evidence may forfeit deposit, including complaints.

Payment Terms

  1. 50% rental deposit from the full amount of rental fee shall pay upon reservation.
  2. The outstanding balance of rental fee for another 50% shall pay 1 month prior to arrival.
  3. Rental deposit is non-refundable
  4. Security deposit for 15,000 THB or 500 USD shall pay upon departure date and will be be refunded upon departure date subjected to house damage check and unpaid bills.
