Option 1 Safeguard: Weekly physical inspections, water/system flushes, and regular monitoring for a flat 2,500 THB/month.
Option 2 Safeguard (Minimum Floor Protection): If monthly rental income falls below 50,000 THB, a Safety Fee of 5,500 THB/month applies to cover all ongoing estate maintenance (pool, garden) and inspections.
