2. Linen & Towel Laundering

Hotel-grade washing, ironing, and hygienic packaging for fresh guest arrivals.

3-Bedrooms: 950 THB / set

3. Maintenance & Emergency Handyman Support

On-the-ground technical dispatch for guest issues, appliance failures, or routine fixes.

Standard Handyman Call-Out: 600 THB / visit (Includes first hour of basic labor)
Additional Hourly Labor Rate: 400 THB / hour
After-Hours / Emergency Call-Out (8 PM – 8 AM): 1,200 THB / visit
AC Servicing & Chemical Cleaning: 600 – 2,000 THB per AC unit

4. Guest Arrival & On-Site Concierge Care
